As the Growth Manager – Business Development of Syenergy Environics Ltd, you will work with the founders of a company who are pioneers of Digital Wellbeing in the world who have worked with the biggest names in the country. Doing business with the likes of ITC Group, Vedanta, GMR, Afcons, Indian Oil, SAIL, DCM Shriram, Indian Express, and many others to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and organizations.
The Growth Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key institutional clients, and other large organizations. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet the company’s revenue and growth targets within the institutional segment.

3. Roles and Responsibilities
Head the Regional Sales and Business Development of the company.
Develop a strategic roadmap and monitor business goals and milestones.
Acquire new customers, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Conduct sales pitches, influence, negotiate, and close deals with C-Suite executives and HR Heads of large corporates.
4. Skills & Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree level.
Adequate and relevant years of work experience in Corporate/Institutional Sales, Partnerships & Alliances. Experience in concept selling will be preferred.
Candidates from Hospitality, FMCG, Healthcare, Industry sales and other service/product-based sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Proven track record in Sales & Business Development.
Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace Tools.

7. Location and Travel Requirements
The position is based in North India (Gurgaon). The candidate should be open to travel 8-10 days in a month.
8. Salary and Compensation
Competitive Base Salary: We offer a base salary that exceeds industry standards, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field with a CTC of INR 12 - 15 Lacs.
Performance Bonuses: Our compensation package includes performance-based bonuses which are variables to reward excellence and drive in achieving and surpassing milestones as part of the business plan.
