We are looking for a experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our team as an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of onboarding & implementing for customers who need support after Onboarding. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Expert to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing & sales strategies to enhance engagement, boost customer retention, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients
Working with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists
Use marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process.
Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
Create reports which give a clear attribution to sources and processes that are working best for the customer.
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience in a HubSpot CRM, All HubS preferred particularly those with responsibility for driving a qualified lead pipeline.
Great communication skills (verbal and written), analytical skills and presentation skills.
Understanding of Inbound Marketing & content strategy
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)
Experience with other CRM tools is a big plus.
