Role and Responsibilities :
• Prepare and maintain a calendar of campaigns for the team.
• Ensure timely approvals and completion of campaign.
• Coordination with the central excellence and brand management team.
• Coordination with the on-field team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Handle escalations from the clients (partner brands and societies) and the brand management team.
• Negotiation with societies to ensure a good Pn L.
• Prepare and present regular reports of progress.
• Manage CEP campaigns from planning to successful execution.
• Manage critical partnerships and relationships with the brands to understand their
expectations from My Gate and set the same expectations to CDG teams.
• Facilitate brand managers with various requirements coming from brands and curate the
society data accordingly.
• Review all Campaigns PI with the Brand Manager and publish weekly/monthly execution
pipeline and strategies to achieve it.
• Maintain RWA Approvals TAT and achieve the targeted number of sites within the given timeline.
• Manage last minute on ground Brand Expectations to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements -
● 0-2 years of Experience working with Brands
● Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce
● Strong Communication skills with the ability to connect efficiently with all the stakeholders.
