Job Title: Senior HR & Finance Operations SpecialistLocation: India – RemoteShift Timing: UK Shift – 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM ISTAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is designed as a 50-50 blend between back-end HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, joining coordination) and accounting support (bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record management). The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR operations while also contributing to accurate financial processes and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations (50%)- Manage and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.- Administer and process payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).- Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.- Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.- Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.- Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.Accounting & Finance (50%)- Perform bookkeeping tasks: maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.- Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor
