About the Role :
We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo development principles and experience implementing Odoo solutions for business processes. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet our specific needs and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand business requirements to identify Odoo implementation opportunities.
Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet specific business needs.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within the Odoo framework.
Integrate Odoo with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Odoo solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
Strong understanding of Odoo development principles, including modules, views, models, and workflows.
Proficiency in Odoo development tools and technologies (e.g., Python, XML, Java Script, HTML, CSS).
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Postgre SQL).
Experience with API integration and web services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects.
Familiarity with HR Systems
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Certification in Odoo development.
Technical requirements:
Windows 11 and above operating system or Mac OS 13+
256 GB Storage space - minimum
16 GB RAM - minimum
Dual Core CPU - minimum
Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
Headset: Noise cancelling (preferably)
Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
