About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo development principles and experience implementing Odoo solutions for business processes. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet our specific needs and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand business requirements to identify Odoo implementation opportunities.- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet specific business needs.- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within the Odoo framework.- Integrate Odoo with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Odoo solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.- Strong understanding of Odoo development principles, including modules, views, models, and workflows.- Proficiency in Odoo development tools and technologies (e.g., Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).- Experience with API integration and web services.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects.- Familiarity with HR Systems- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Certification in Odoo development.

Technical requirements:

- Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+- 256GB Storage space - minimum- 8GB RAM - minimum- Dual Core CPU - minimum- Camera: HD Webcam (720p)- Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)- Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
