About the Role :
We are seeking a
Sr. Business Strategist
who will analyse our entire business to identify pain points and develop and implement a strategy that is compelling to C-level. The
Sr. Business Strategist
will play a pivotal role in our strategic decision-making processes, tasked with solving intricate business problems and propelling the organization forward. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of both business and technology, exceptional analytical skills, and the capacity to communicate complex concepts to senior executives
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business processes to identify root causes of critical issues.Develop and implement innovative, strategic solutions aligned with business objectives.Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.Synthesize complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed reports to articulate findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts.Facilitate executive-level discussions, providing thought leadership and influencing strategic decision-making processes.Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends.Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and understand multifaceted business needs.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible terms.
Qualifications:
MBA from a top-tier business school.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a senior analytical role, with a demonstrable impact on business strategy and outcomes.Superior analytical skills, with expertise in advanced data analysis and interpretation.Proven problem-solving abilities, with experience addressing complex business issues.Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts.Significant experience working directly with senior executives, including CEOs.Proficiency in advanced business analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, R, Python).Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong independent work ethic and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Deep expertise in the real estate sector.Proficiency in specialized analytical software and tools relevant to the industry.Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
