About the role:

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot’s platform across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. You will be tasked with workflow automation, reporting, data maintenance, and supporting day-to-day requests from various stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our HubSpot system supports the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCERoles & Responsibilities

HubSpot Workflow Automation:

Design, implement, and manage automated workflows thatenhance marketing, sales, and service processes. Continuously refine workflows to improvelead nurturing, sales conversions, and customer service responses.Reporting & Dashboard Creation:

Build, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards thatprovide actionable insights for marketing campaigns, sales performance, customer service, andoverall business growth. Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.Data Cleanup & Maintenance:

Conduct regular audits to clean, update, and maintain the CRMdata for accuracy and completeness. Establish data management processes to ensure theintegrity of all records within HubSpot.Stakeholder Support & Daily Requests:

Serve as the primary point of contact forHubSpot-related inquiries and support requests from stakeholders, addressing issues in ain a timely manner. Assist teams in optimizing HubSpot’s usage to meet their specific businessneeds.User Access Management:

Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring secure andcompliant usage of the HubSpot platform. Onboard and train new users, while continuouslyimproving access control protocols.Custom Objects Management:

Create and manage custom objects in HubSpot to supportunique business requirements, ensuring proper tracking and reporting across departments.Ensure custom objects are configured to align with business goals and processes.Deal Pipeline & Stage Setup:

Configure and optimize deal pipelines and stages, ensuringalignment with the company’s sales strategy and objectives. Monitor deal progression andsuggest optimizations based on performance data.Process Auditing & Recommendations:

Conduct routine audits of HubSpot workflows, useractivity, and data to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices. Makerecommendations for process improvements based on findings and feedback from teams.Documentation:

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, andHubSpot configurations. Ensure that all platform changes and updates are clearly documentedfor internal use and training.HubSpot Certification (Preferred):

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot features andbest practices, with HubSpot certifications being a plus (e.g., Inbound Marketing, SalesSoftware, CRM).Expertise in HubSpot Hubs:

Utilize the full capabilities of HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to optimize customer journeys and support business goals.

3-4 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM, including marketing,sales, and service hubs.Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards,and CRM administration. Experience with custom objects, deal pipeline setup, and datamanagement.Analytical Skills : Ability to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights forstakeholders.Problem-Solving:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly withHubSpot technical issues.HubSpot Certifications (Preferred):
