We help ambitious students craft their profiles, perfect their applications, and aim for the world’s best institutions — from Ivy Leagues to Erasmus Mundus. # ; About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Sales Lead / Business Development Manager to head our student acquisition and revenue growth operations. You’ll lead the sales team, refine strategies, and ensure every student interaction converts into a meaningful enrolment. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales execution. # ; Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Business Development Associates (BDAs) to achieve team targets Build, implement, and optimize sales strategies to improve conversion rates Track performance metrics and conduct weekly reviews Manage the full sales funnel — from lead generation to enrolment closure Collaborate with marketing to align lead flow and campaign goals Conduct high-level consultations with potential students and parents Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and growth Maintain strong communication with operations and mentorship teams for seamless onboarding ✅ What We’re Looking For ~3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in EdTech or Study Abroad sector) ~ Minimum 1 year in a team lead or managerial role ~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ~ Data-driven decision-maker with a strategic mindset ~ Empathetic leader who can inspire and drive performance ~ Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines ~ Willingness to work from our Calicut office full-time # ; Perks & Benefits Competitive salary with attractive incentive structure Leadership role in a fast-scaling education brand Opportunity to shape and build the sales team from the ground up High visibility and growth opportunities within the organization Dynamic, youthful, and purpose-driven work culture If you’re ready to lead a team that sells dreams — and delivers results — we’d love to meet you.
