Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract Purpose of the Role: Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities of Ludhiana and Sahibabad units. Responsible for driving sustainable sourcing and supplier compliance. Negotiate for the desired quality of services, supplies, and works at the best possible price. Timely and cost-effective purchase, store and issue of required materials and services. Work in close coordination with program partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to deliver on the procurement priorities and commitments to identify/design the future framework of the interventions. Ensure zero fatality in the purchase & store as well as the workplace Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum Work experience in years: 0-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Supplier Compliance & Risk Management, Knowledge of SAP MM Module, Contract Negotiation, Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration Abide by the values of organization, promote a culture of safety, recognition, and appreciation within the team & community
