Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in requirement gathering, functional design, and Agile project delivery . The role requires strong experience in complicated software projects , proficiency in Salesforce platform (FSL exposure preferred) , and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs.
  • Develop functional design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper translation of requirements into solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews).
  • Support implementation, testing, and training phases by providing business context and clarifications.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across different levels (business users, mid-management, and technical teams).
  • Contribute to decision-making by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills .

Required Skill-Set & Experience:

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 7+ years of relevant business analysis experience .
  • Experience in complicated software projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce platform ; FSL experience preferred but not mandatory .
  • Strong experience in writing functional design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
  • Proven track record of leading requirements gathering workshops .
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .

Tools & Methodologies:

  • Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Visio, etc.)
  • Business Process Modeling techniques
  • Salesforce platform (FSL preferred)
