Role:-Salesforce Consultant/Business Analyst


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.

Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports as needed.

Work with developers and administrators to design and implement Salesforce enhancements.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.

Monitor Salesforce performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users and resolve system-related issues.

Facilitate training sessions and ensure user adoption of Salesforce best practices.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging features relevant to the organization.


Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Consultant/Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and UAT.

Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks and configuration.

Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid chart, or similar.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.

Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.

Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or integrations with third-party platforms.
