Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and motivated Telecaller/Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients (schools, colleges, and corporates), generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a knack for building rapport and driving results.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls : Reach out to potential clients from our database to introduce YFM.co.in’s services and offerings.
Lead Generation : Identify qualified leads and ensure accurate information is captured for follow-up.
Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
Database Management : Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Feedback Collection : Gather insights from client interactions and report to the management to refine strategies.
Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Communication is a plus).
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales coordination, preferably in the B2B segment.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
Sales Skills : Persuasive, confident, and results-driven.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and telecalling software.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and databases efficiently.
Personal Attributes Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Empathetic and customer-focused.
Resilient and persistent in follow-ups.
Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month (depending on experience).
