Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving sales by contacting potential clients, generating leads, and providing information on available properties. You will also be responsible for building rapport with prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers from provided databases and cold call new leads to introduce available real estate listings (residential, commercial, etc.).
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information to prospective clients about various property options, including features, pricing, and financing options.
Client Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule property viewings and meetings between clients and property agents or brokers.
Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, competitor listings, and customer preferences to effectively address client needs.
Customer Service: Handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, pass on qualified leads, and close deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, or similar role in real estate or related industries.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree
