We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR activities, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Manage the recruitment process, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
  • Handle employee relations and grievances, maintaining a positive work environment
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations, training programs, and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring legal compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients
  • Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is ₹750,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
