Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Yellowkite Ventures, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, services, and brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to manage online campaigns, track performance, and optimize our digital footprint to attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Your expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics will directly contribute to our growth and success in the competitive real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement tactics.
SEO & SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and analyze SEO performance to ensure top rankings on search engines for relevant real estate keywords.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin to drive engagement, foster community, and promote real estate listings.
Content Creation & Marketing: Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and property listings that showcase properties and market trends. Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and execute online lead generation campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and retargeting, to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
Website & Analytics Management: Oversee the website's user experience (UX), content updates, and landing pages. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor, report, and improve website performance and digital campaigns.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including property alerts, newsletters, and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide digital assets that support client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, generating leads, and improving online conversions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press, Squarespace, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Creative Skills:
Strong writing and content creation abilities with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Experience in creating graphics and video content for digital campaigns.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze digital marketing performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with real estate market trends, property listings, and industry terminology is highly desirable.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
