Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team who would be deliberately working with the team and the respective managers to reach out clients via phone calls or any other sources.
No. of Open Positions - 8
Salary Budget - 25,000 +5,000 (Incentive upon scheduling 15 demos a month)
Probation period - 1 month
Location: Plot no. 113, Sector 44, Gurgaon (122001)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our legal tech products/services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar SAAS sales role.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
- Familiarity with sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in the legal industry or legal tech solutions is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field.
- Previous experience in SAAS sales or B2B Sales roles preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
