Digital Content Manager

- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, gifs and video format and build high level of engagement and gain earned media across platforms like Insta, FB, etc
- Coordinate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure content consistency across all channels in line with brand architecture so that each content looks from the same brand avoiding disjointed brand identity
- Plan content creation calendar in line with events and days that are critical from season, sales, etc and align the content with the platforms in rolling 3 months’ time frame - Closely work with Brand Marketing Teams, Digital Creative & Social media agencies, and other external vendors to develop and drive digital initiatives across all the brands.
Community Building:
Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including live chats/sessions, Q&A sessions, and user-generated content campaigns which help us gain more followers for our brands on social media
Implement strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and brand advocacy.
Website Management:
Oversee the content strategy and updates for brands’ websites.
Ensure that websites’ content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing campaigns, new information, new images etc
Manage the technical aspects of website maintenance, including updates, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal & external technology partners
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Monitor and enhance the overall user experience on the website, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal engagement.
Utilize website analytics tools to track user behavior, analyze traffic patterns, and assess the effectiveness of online initiatives.
Social Media:
- Staying abreast with the latest social media trends of content which is gaining traction across age groups/categories so that GCC brands content is up to date on all social media platform
- Building & executing social media content with the help of competitive research, platform capabilities, and brand messaging
- Working with the agencies (Digital Creative) to create an engaging content calendar that strongly resonates with the brands and enables high engagement which can be measured and improved every passing month
- The candidate needs to have a strong acumen for driving social media presence across different platforms to improve engagement and increase the social media Clout
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to achieve marketing objectives.
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Influencer Management:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns with the help of the agency
- Develop effective content-driven plans including development of influencer marketing calendar
- Research, locate, and engage potential influencers across all channels to build a pipeline of talent (Paid & Barter)
- Brainstorm new & creative approaches to influencer campaigns
ORM:
- Conduct Monthly Social Listening and Sentiment analysis across Social Media & E-Comm Channels
- Manage ORM by collaborating with agency and internal stakeholders
