Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in EdTech and Financial Markets. Develop and implement strategic plans to capture market share and drive growth.
Partnership and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, financial organizations, and industry influencers. Negotiate and manage partnerships, joint ventures, and business agreements.
Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and pursue new business leads, generate sales opportunities, and develop proposals and presentations to secure new clients and projects.
Product and Service Optimization: Work closely with product and service teams to ensure that our offerings meet market needs and client expectations. Provide feedback for product development and improvements based on client interactions and industry trends.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development metrics. Analyze results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in Education Technology and Financial Markets. Demonstrated success in driving growth and managing strategic partnerships in these sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Education, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of EdTech and Financial Markets, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools.
