The Sales Agent will attend incoming and outgoing leads , communicate with customers over calls and email , and assist them in booking Business and First Class air tickets . The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to engage confidently with HNI clientele . The agent must understand customer needs, present the best fare options, and work towards converting leads into confirmed bookings.QualificationsMinimum 1 year sales experience in a travel agencyBasic working knowledge of GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo)Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 shift-based environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle HNI and premium clientele professionallyConfidence in pitching Business & First Class faresStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask and manage high-volume inquiriesComfortable working with CRM, emails, and call-based sales workflowsResponsibilitiesAttend incoming and outgoing leads via calls and emailUnderstand customer requirements and offer the best Business & First Class fare optionsHandle and convert leads from various channels (calls, emails, web inquiries)Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.Follow up with customers to ensure conversions and maintain strong relationshipsUpdate CRM with lead details, notes, and statusEnsure accuracy in information shared with customersMaintain professionalism and service quality in a 24/7/365 environment
