Job Details
Must-Have
Experience as a Service Now ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent
Ability to configure Service Now ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans
Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
Experience with developing Service Now software solutions using Java Script, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, My SQL databases and AD respectively
Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability
Must be Service Now Certified Systems Administrator
Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience of ITOM suite (CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within Service Now
Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills
Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
Good understanding in Monitoring tool
Knowledge and experience with base platform & reports
Good experience in Scripting & Reg EX (Java Script, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and Power Shell)
Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology
