Role: Senior Executive - US ImmigrationExperience - 2-6 yearsLocation- Greater NoidaWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive I mmigration Senior Executive to manage and support our U.S. immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business visa and work permit filings (H1/L1), including I-129 petition preparation, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Role & responsibilities:Handle end-to-end U.S. business visa and work permit filings (H1B, L1).Prepare and file I-129 petitions and related documentation.Coordinate with employees, legal counsel, and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.Maintain and update immigration records and trackers.Stay current with U.S. immigration policies and compliance requirements.Support audits and respond to RFEs (Requests for Evidence) as needed.Provide guidance and support to employees on visa-related queries.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline immigration processes.Preferred candidate profile:2-6 years of experience in U.S. immigration processes.Strong knowledge of H1B, L1 visa categories, and I-129 petition filing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Bachelors degree in any discipline; legal or HR background preferred.Experience working with U.S.-based clients or legal teams.Familiarity with immigration compliance audits and reporting.Strong organizational and time management skills.
