Organic Certification( NPOP/NOP) Sales Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Organic Certification( NPOP/NOP) Sales Professional to lead the sales efforts for our organic certification services under NPOP and NOP. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the organic certification sector. Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy for organic certification services (NPOP/NOP) to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth. Identify and target new business opportunities, including organic farms, producers, processors, and exporters. Actively engage with potential clients, providing expert advice on organic certification requirements and benefits. Guide clients through the certification process, ensuring they understand all steps and requirements. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Regularly track sales performance and report on progress to the Certification Division Head. Prepare and submit sales forecasts and activity reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the certification body and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth service delivery. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to the management team on market needs, customer requirements, and potential areas for new service offerings. Work closely with the technical certification team to ensure a seamless experience for clients from inquiry to certification. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Organic Farming or related fields is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the agricultural, certification, or sustainability sectors. Proven track record in B2B sales, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
