Import Export Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Be a connection between headquarter and local team with Chinese skill.
2.Analyze and provide recommendations for customs declarations mode based on the current operations of the enterprise and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Verify and approve import and export customs clearance document (including bond and de-donding), both offline and online.
4. Review and apply for necessary licenses for imports and exports, such as Bond, CHIMS and CE certifications.
5. Track the complete customs clearance process, identify and resolve issues, and conduct statistical analyses of customs declaration errors, ensuring that corrective measures are effectively implemented.
6.Reconcile customs duties and other associated charges.
Required Skills:
- Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin & English (compulsory)
- Basic understanding of linguistics and cultures.
- Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- 0 to 5 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
