We are looking for a Logistics Executive responsible for coordinating the movement and storage of goods, managing logistics operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments. The Logistics Executive will also be responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities –
Export Documents
Record Maintenance
Meeting the vessel schedules as per the requirements
Tracking payments on concurrent basis
Maintain swift bill processing system for Logistics Service Providers
Provide MIS to management on Export shipments as and when required
Realization of duty drawback in a timely manner
Arrange for bank realization certificates
Clearence Documents
Technical Issues related to ERP
Invoice Clerance
Confirmation of Material Received
Shipments Booking
Transports/Clearance/Handover
Requirements –
Graduate / Master's Degree
Preferred Experience in Garmenting industry
7-8+ years of experience in HR and Employee Welfare Role.
Knowledge of Export /Import documentation
Customs/Excise Procedure
Forex regulation
Licensing formalities & other Government related activity
Lesioning skill with Government & agencies
Able to resolve the matters with customs/excise/DGFT / JDGFT issues smoothly
Communication skills.
Listening skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools
Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours
Ability to work under minimal supervision
