Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience considering Job Responsibility below

Probation Period: 6 months

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

DGFT

  • Responsible for the registration of EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods) schemes.
  • Manage the debonding process of EPCG authorization.
  • Ensure compliance and documentation for SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment, and Technologies).
  • Handle the processing of advance authorization applications.
  • Process and issue Certificate of Origin for export documentation.
  • Liaise with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) for regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with Spice Board, Coconut Board, and MPEDA for related export procedures.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with Drug Control Board requirements.

Customs

  • Facilitate registration with ICEGATE (Indian Customs Electronic Gateway) and Authorized Dealers (AD).
  • Handle IGCR (Importer-Exporter Code Registration) for trade compliance.
  • Manage amendments and documentation related to ICEGATE.
  • Ensure timely processing and documentation for other customs-related registrations.

FEMA

  • Oversee E-BRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate) reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure smooth interaction with Customs, DGFT, and other EXIM (Export-Import) regulatory authorities for various work purposes.

Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise the team in handling DGFT, Customs, and FEMA-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely registration and compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Provide guidance and training on DGFT procedures such as EPCG registration, debonding, and SCOMET.
  • Manage team’s workflow for customs registrations, amendments, and documentation.
  • Delegate responsibilities for handling specific authorities like FSSAI, Spice Board, MPEDA, and Drug Control Board.
  • Ensure effective communication between team members and external stakeholders (Customs, DGFT, regulatory bodies).
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and compliance.
