The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging materials, and services in alignment with company objectives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

~Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

~Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.

~Handle QC reports, rejections, and replacements.

~Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams.

~Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

~Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies .

Education & Experience:

~Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office

~Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.
