Rifa Pharma is looking for a proactive and technically sound Packaging Solutions Executive to support our Packaging & Drug Delivery Devices department in Mumbai.

This role involves managing backend processes such as sample coordination, inventory tracking, documentation handling, and follow-up communication with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical packaging or drug delivery systems (e.g., pen injectors, auto-injectors, inhalers), and must be comfortable working across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and able to refer to past technical dialogues to ensure smooth project continuation.

Candidates should be comfortable with travel, confident in professional communication, and ready to take ownership of their tasks.

Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mumbai, with a CTC range competitive as per Industry standards , range will be between range of ₹50,000–₹75,000/month, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating sampling and technical documentation

Reviewing past client communications and tracking open points

Inventory and dispatch coordination for trial materials

Preparing Minutes of Meetings, scheduling internal and client calls

Organizing travel logistics and meetings

Driving follow-ups to closure

Candidate Profile:

1–3 years of relevant sales / BD experience in pharma packaging / drug delivery systems

Graduate in Pharmacy / Packaging Technology / Life Sciences / Engineering

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Hands-on with MS Office, documentation, and email coordination

Self-motivated, curious, and able to take initiative

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
