Process Equipment Specialist">

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Equipment Specialist to lead the installation, commissioning, and integration of packaging equipment in an Injectable facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable packaging operations by managing equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and integration.">
  • Lead project activities related to installation and qualification of new equipment, including user requirement specification, design qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification, and performance qualification.">
  • Handle preparation and execution of qualification protocols for new equipment, including CSV and 21CFR requirements.">
  • Prepare new standard operating procedures for packaging equipment maintenance and calibration, and develop and execute maintenance and calibration plans in SAP systems.">
  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for equipment design, sourcing, and spare management.">
  • Ensure proper planning and execution of qualification activities in accordance with plans and allocation of manpower.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry.
