Job Title

A talented Packaging Development Specialist is required to drive the planning, development, and implementation of innovative packaging solutions that ensure product safety, quality, and compliance while optimizing cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging development, with excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for creating new package designs, catering to marketing requirements, coordinating with purchase and product development teams, and ensuring timely delivery of packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Designing and developing new packaging solutions that meet current and upcoming market requirements.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging materials are delivered on time and within budget.

3. Coordinating with R&D teams for stability trials and packaging material evaluation during stability testing.

4. Identifying and implementing cost-saving projects related to packaging materials.

5. Developing new vendors and suppliers to support packaging needs.
