Job Title: Packaging Innovation Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the development of innovative packaging solutions for medical devices and pharmaceutical products. This includes designing packaging systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities include creating 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, conducting stability studies, and preparing technical documentation for regulatory submissions. Additionally, the Packaging Innovation Manager will develop and improve Design Control and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.

This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory guidelines, as well as excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate in Packaging Technology
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and technologies, including medical devices
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to identify and solve packaging design and process issues
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications
