The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
MUST HAVE
- Strategy roadmap planning / consulting for Digital Marketing (Adobe suite et al)
- Technically sound solutions architect, capable to plan integration of tools within Analytics stack
- 8 – 10 Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud Expert (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe experience platform, Customer journey analytics etc.)
- Digital analytics implementation experience with Adobe Analytics on Web and Mobile Platform.
- Proficiency in managing and analyzing large data sets using ETL tools like Informatica, datastage, Talend
- Demonstrate good understanding of data governance, data quality, data quality & data lineage
- Deep experience in coding using Data Store APIs and query languages
- hands-on industry experience in development, including extensive experience with Data Platforms, cloud and Big Data
- Experience defining analytics tracking requirements, and guiding developers through implementation of those requirements
- Help business innovate through data-driven decisioning i.e. by data profiling, querying data and merging information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics Tag implementation using Launch/AEP Web SDK or similar tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager Etc.
- Experience defining and configuring tracking rules within the tool
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
- Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized
- experience with HTTPF ox or Adobe Experience Debugger or any other debugging tool
- Understanding of TMS architecture & functioning
- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions
- Create Test Cases for adobe Implementation and performing tests/tag audit in UAT/PROD
- Providing Post Implementation support to business users
- Writing Technical specifications for new Implementations
GOOD TO HAVE
- Mobile app tagging and tracking experience with Adobe Analytics
- Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities
- Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Design and develop reports by using tableau/Power BI or Excel dashboards as per business requirements
- Collect, organize and analyse large data sets and use BI methodologies to transform them into meaningful dashboards for the client
