We are hiring for Lead Generation/Inside Sales Executive for our Organization.IT Sales experience is mandatory.Experience: 1- 4 yearsJob Location: Vikhroli, MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition.Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call details.Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets .Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills .Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in B2B/B2C lead generation .Familiarity with cold calling scripts and objection handling techniques.If interested please share your cv at :
