Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sr BD / BD Manager in Computer & Network Security. The Sr BD / BD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing business deals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activities. We are looking for hunters who thrive on winning new business and closing deals. As a Business Development Manager, you will own a ₹8–12 Cr annual quota, directly generating new revenue from mid-to-large enterprise accounts in cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel, DFIR). This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility. You will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, pipeline building and closing your own logos, while also supporting enterprise pursuits led by Senior BD Managers. If you are motivated by new logos, big wins and incentivized earnings, this role is for you. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Revenue Ownership & Quota Achievement o Carry and exceed an annual revenue quota of ₹8–12 Cr. o Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets for new business and renewals. o Maintain 6 to 8x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activity. o Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership. Ø Hunting & Pipeline Generation o Identify and acquire new logos across BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS and Enterprise verticals. o Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and events. o Develop and execute
