The Opportunity

Beeontrade is scaling rapidly across the USA, India, Turkey, and Dubai. To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Global Head of HR & People to be based in our India HQ . This is a strategic corporate role — not just local HR. You will build and scale Beeontrade's HR, people, and performance management systems worldwide , while also setting up a strong India HR foundation as our headquarters. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

Global HR Leadership

  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all Beeontrade regions (India HQ, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

HQ India: Corporate + Local HR

  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring .
  • Launch Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.

Performance & Culture

  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company .
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to Beeontrade offices (US, Turkey, UAE).
