About the Company: The Fresh Factory is an upcoming clean label cafe cum retail store in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The Fresh Factory is a focused high quality clean label grocery store which becomes a sourcing centre for the kitchen and barista for food and beverages.

We are looking for an Outlet Manager for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Lead & Manage: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency across retail and supply chain.

Drive Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards in overall brand experience.

Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service and create an engaging, memorable atmosphere.

Stock & Inventory: Optimize inventory levels, manage vendors, and oversee procurement.

Financial Accountability: Control operational costs, improve margins, and ensure profitability.

Brand Alignment: Execute The Fresh Factory's brand vision, working closely with leadership to innovate and differentiate.

5+ years of experience in retail operations - preferably grocery store / supermarket operations. Proven ability to launch, and manage premium outlets. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Experience with premium or lifestyle-driven brands. Past travel experience is a bonus.
