Shyam Mishra Juice Centre is Bangalore's unique juice retailer and the founder of the Dry Fruit Milkshake, featuring natural figs and other dry fruits. With 16 stores across Bangalore, we strive to maintain consistent quality and lead in healthy diets. Our mission is to enhance the health of people consistently through our innovative juice offerings.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Manager located in Bengaluru. The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing store management, and delivering exceptional customer service and experience. Key tasks include staff management, maintaining inventory, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
- Operations Management and Store Management skills for ensuring smooth daily operations
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide high satisfaction
- Experience in retail or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Flexible and adaptable to store needs
