Tieke is an education firm focused on nurturing students' character, resilience, and values through a year-long school program. We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive lead generation and business growth for Tieke. The role requires strong telecalling skills, CRM management, and an ability to convert conversations into opportunities. Familiarity with digital marketing channels for B2B outreach will be a valuable advantage.

Conduct telecalling campaigns to generate and qualify leads across schools and institutions.

Manage and update leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Use lead generation tools (databases, email automation, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.) Support outreach campaigns through SEO, social media, and digital marketing, where applicable.

Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferably in B2B/education/edtech).

Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Bonus: Understanding of SEO, SMM, or digital marketing for B2B lead generation.

Exposure to modern sales and marketing tools for lead generation.
