We’re reimagining pet nutrition from the ground up — blending science, instinct, and taste to create precision nutrition for modern pets. Founded by a lifelong pet parent, our mission is simple yet ambitious: to help India’s pets live longer, healthier lives through ancestral, credible, and science-backed products. Looking for our core team recruit- R&D / Product Champion— a Food Technologist or Animal Nutritionist passionate about developing, testing, and perfecting pet wellness products that meet global standards of nutrition, safety, and quality. You’ll lead innovation, compliance, and product development across a new generation of pet food formats. Market Research & Innovation Identify emerging trends in pet nutrition — from raw and freeze-dried to longevity-led and functional formats — and translate them into viable, differentiated products. Benchmark against top global players to uncover opportunities for ingredient and process innovation. Maintain full compliance with FSSAI, CODEX, AAFCO, and FEDIAF standards, ensuring every product meets global quality and safety benchmarks. Product Development & Optimization Manage sourcing and vendor partnerships for ingredients and private labeling .Conduct sensory and stability testing to validate product shelf life and palatability .Quality & Continuous Improvemen t Conduct batch testing, sensory evaluation, and consistency checks across production run Document scientific rationale and technical justifications for all ingredients and additive Is Partner with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure timely and compliant product launch Create and maintain SOPs for scale-up, training, and process efficien und MSc / MTech in Food Technology, Food Science, or Feed Formulat PhD or doctoral candidates in Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Sciences prefer Prior hands-on experience in pet food R&D or formulation is essent Experience with modern food processing technology is a p You: Have a sharp scientific mind and an eye for de ship.
