Job Title: E-commerce Key Account Manager (B2 C) Location: Mumbai Department: E-commerce Reports to: Head of E-commerce Job Summary: Wonderchef Home Appliances is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager (B2 C) to manage and grow our B2 C e-commerce channels.

This role will be responsible for driving sales and profitability by building strong relationships with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other direct-to-consumer (D2 C) channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Build and nurture strong relationships with platform account managers to maximize opportunities for growth.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth across B2 C platforms.

Identify new opportunities for product listings and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales strategies, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

Pricing & Promotions: Create and manage product pricing, promotional campaigns, and discount strategies to optimize sales while maintaining profit margins.

Work closely with the marketing team to launch platform-specific campaigns and deals (e.g., Amazon Lightning Deals, Flipkart Big Billion Day offers).

Product Listings & Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings to ensure accurate, high-quality content (images, descriptions, specifications, etc.) on all B2 C platforms.

Leverage SEO and platform algorithms to enhance product visibility and ranking.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure continuous product availability.

Manage replenishment and coordinate with logistics partners to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales trends, customer behavior, return on investment (ROI), and platform fees.

Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights on sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitive strategies, and new developments on B2 C platforms to ensure Wonderchef remains competitive.

Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify potential growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with customer service teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on B2 C platforms to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements: Experience: 6-7 years of experience in managing B2 C e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience in consumer electronics, kitchen appliances, or FMCG sectors will be preferred.

Experience in Handling Seller Central.

Skills: Proven ability to manage large e-commerce accounts and achieve revenue growth.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, B2 C sales, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point; experience with e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree (MBA) will be considered a plus.

Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Self-motivated with a focus on driving results.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
