Designation- Performance Marketing -Social Media
Location-Mumbai (Vikhroli, West)
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Spearhead digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels, with the goal of growing revenue by up to 3x in the next 6 months.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
Work closely with the creative team to create compelling and engaging ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics and key performance metrics to monitor campaign success and make informed adjustments to strategies.
Collaborate with the data team to deeply analyze customer behavior and use insights to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Budget Management:
Own and manage performance marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effective campaign execution.
Implement budget forecasting and track spending to optimize budget allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Work closely with the product team to incorporate product launches into performance marketing strategies.
Testing and Optimization:
Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budget allocation.
Continuously identify new opportunities for optimization and innovation in paid marketing strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Deliver regular and detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
Understand multi-channel paid media strategies and deliver holistic insights on campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI across platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in paid social media marketing or performance marketing.
Expertise in social media marketing, with deep hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.
Expertise in managing and optimizing complex catalogs to run campaigns
Proficiency in social media analytics and digital marketing tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis. Adobe would be added advantage.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
