We are looking for a Performance Marketer with a strong B2 B focus to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Focus on B2 B lead generation through both paid and organic strategies to attract and convert Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Organic Growth Strategies: Develop innovative organic lead-generation strategies tailored specifically for SMB entrepreneurs, emphasizing long-term relationship building and engagement.
Customer Profiling: Identify, refine, and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure campaigns resonate with high-value clients in the B2 B space.
A/B Testing & Segmentation: Run regular A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages while segmenting audiences to maximize ROI from targeted campaigns.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize for conversion.
Weekly Reporting: Deliver detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to refine strategies.
Continuous Innovation : Stay up-to-date with B2 B marketing trends, testing new approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates while aligning with VRT’s strategic objectives.
B2 B Ad Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize targeted ad campaigns on Linked In, Facebook, Google, and Instagram to generate quality leads from SMBs in the USA.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2 B performance marketing and lead generation targeting SMBs.
Expertise in running ad campaigns across Linked In (a must), Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Strong skills in audience segmentation, ICP development, and targeting strategies for the B2 B market.
Ability to create and implement organic growth strategies for B2 B lead generation.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and other performance tracking software.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with the SMB market in the USA is a strong plus.
