Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2 B) About the role: As our B2 B Business Development Manager, you'll be a key player in expanding Skill Camper's footprint within the corporate landscape. You'll be on the front lines, connecting with businesses of all sizes, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our AI-powered learning platform can transform their workforce. Think: building relationships with L&D leaders, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals that drive significant impact. You'll be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of upskilling and reskilling in the age of AI. What you'll bring to the table: 3+ years of experience in a B2 B sales or business development role, ideally within the ed-tech or Saa S space. A proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You're a master storyteller who can articulate the value of Skill Camper with clarity and conviction. A deep understanding of the corporate learning landscape. You know the challenges businesses face and how to position Skill Camper as the solution. A hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. MBA from a Reputed Institute Bonus points if you have: Experience selling learning solutions. Existing relationships with L&D leaders in various industries.
