On one side you have over a million college graduates every year with barely 5% employability rates and on the other side, there are thousands of companies struggling to find talent. Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it’s personalised learning platform. We are building an online Institute and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.
We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM’s, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi among others. The Newton School of Technology campus head steers the student experience, from academics to activities. They're the financial captain, managing the budget and collaborating across departments, ensuring clear communication. Lead the Newton School of Technology campus.
Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes. This role requires working in close synergy with the academic team
Setup processes and constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery
Manager campus student's experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding
Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes
Manage strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university
Minimum experience of 6+ years of experience in Category Management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience is preferred
Balance between setting up long-term processes while also hacking your way through achieving goals in the short term
Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
