About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Cloud Sales Associate to join our sales team. We are open to hiring freshers or candidates with B2B Cloud sales experience. Desired candidates should have a strong passion for sales, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, driving revenue, and aligning your efforts with the company’s goals and objectives. Leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage the sales process are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Develop strategies to generate potential leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients.
Sales Execution: Communicate the value of our cloud services to prospective clients. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring that client needs are met.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
Negotiation & Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the client and the company. Ensure that sales agreements are aligned with the company’s objectives.
Alignment with Company Objectives: Stay informed about the company’s goals and ensure that your sales strategies are in line with these objectives. Contribute to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead by example, mentoring junior sales associates and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Take initiative in driving sales efforts and developing new strategies.
Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead generation, and revenue projections to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum undergraduate (UG) qualification.
Experience:
Entry Level candidates / recent graduates: with good communication & passion for sales
Experienced candidates: 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cloud services or a related field.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
