Business Analysis Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to define solution scope, priorities, and release plans. Support change management, UAT planning, end-user training, and post-deployment adoption. Salesforce Administration Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, security controls, and data management. Configure Salesforce components: workflows, process builder/flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports & dashboards, and custom objects. Ensure platform governance, data quality, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Assist with Salesforce releases, sandbox management, and environment setup. Quality Assurance / Testing Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT-level testing. Ensure all delivered functionalities align with requirements and meet quality standards. Build and maintain test data, test scenarios, and automation scripts (where applicable). Participate in release validation and post-deployment testing. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. ~8+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce Administration, and Quality Assurance. ~ Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder). ~ Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management. ~ Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc.). ~
