Job Description Orbit Techsol is looking for an Analytical and Detail-Oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions, driving process improvements and supporting data-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst at Orbit Techsol, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing systems that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements. - Translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications and user stories. - Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process modeling, gap and impact analysis, and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure solution alignment and quality delivery. - Prepare key documentation including BRD, FSD, SRS, UAT scenarios, and related artifacts. - Support business process reengineering initiatives and change management activities. - Use data analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making. - Work within Agile / Scrum / Waterfall frameworks to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Key Skills & Competencies - Business & Functional Requirement Analysis - Process Mapping and Optimization - Data Analytics & Reporting - Stakeholder Communication - Risk & Change Management - Agile / Scrum Methodologies Tools & Technologies: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Visio, DFD Development, Jira, Confluence Experience: 710 years of experience as a Business Analyst in industries such as BFSI, IT, Telecom, or Manufacturing.
