Job Description Business Analyst (PowerApps) Contract Role Job Type: Contract Location: Remote About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerApps to support cross-functional teams in transforming business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions. In this role, you will gather requirements, streamline processes, and collaborate closely with technical teams to build and enhance PowerApps applications. Key Responsibilities - Work with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements. - Design, configure, and support PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) applications. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users throughout the solution lifecycle. - Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities. - Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and user training for PowerApps solutions. - Create process flows, documentation, and reporting as needed. - Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and best practices. Required Qualifications - Mandatory: Hands-on experience building and maintaining Microsoft PowerApps solutions. - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation. - Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) - Basic understanding of data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint lists - Agile or Scrum project experience
