Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in airline cargo operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and specifications for technology solutions and process improvements specifically within the airline cargo sector. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including cargo operations, IT, commercial, and finance, to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and support the strategic growth of the airline cargo business.

•    Deep and thorough understanding of airline cargo business processes, systems, and industry best practices.

•    Perform impact analysis of Change Requests (CRs) across the system landscape in collaboration with Customer Business Analysts (BAs).

•    Document the impact assessment, business process modifications, and relevant changes, if any.

•    Support the testing team by identifying critical business scenarios for system validation.

•    Lead requirements-gathering activities, facilitating discovery workshops, and engaging with Customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users in firming up business processes.

•    Conduct business process workflow analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and document process enhancements.

•    Participate in change management discussions and provide support to the customer change manager during training sessions.

•    Assist test analysts and business users during system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.

•    Review and validate acceptance test scenarios to ensure comprehensive business coverage and provide guidance to test analysts.

Role & Responsibilities
Delivering business consulting and support services to Air India, specifically addressing the needs and complexities of their airline cargo operations.
