This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine hands-on business development with strategic exposure , working closely with leadership on high-impact projects, presentations, and client engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.- Assist in lead generation, client engagement, and building long-term relationships.- Support preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients and partners.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to support business growth.Strategy & Management Support- Work directly with senior management on strategic initiatives and decision-making.- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews.- Assist in creating investor/board presentations, business plans, and strategic decks.- Track industry trends and recommend actionable insights for company positioning.Operations & Coordination- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of BD and strategy projects.- Manage and maintain documentation, follow-ups, and progress tracking.- Support in organizing management reviews, client meetings, and business events.Key Requirements- MBA (mandatory) with specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or General Management preferred.- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in business development, consulting, or strategy roles.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively.- High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business purposes.What We Offer- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-level strategy.- A fast-growing, dynamic work environment with a steep learning curve.- Career growth path into leadership roles within Business Development or Strategy.
